After the announcement of WhereScape’s acquisition by Idera, Inc., Qrious says they will continue to be the exclusive reseller for WhereScape in New Zealand, and are excited about what this will mean for further investment and development of the product in the future.
Idera, Inc., parent company of global B2B software productivity brands, specialises in database, developer and test management tools. WhereScape was identified as the next tool to join their Database Tools business unit that includes IDERA, AquaFold and Webyog. The acquisition of WhereScape will significantly expand the breadth and depth of the company’s cross-platform database solutions.
As part of the NOW Consulting acquisition announced in early September 2019, Qrious negotiated to be the exclusive New Zealand reseller for WhereScape Software. The reseller agreement with WhereScape will be transferred to Idera, and customers can continue to purchase WhereScape through Qrious and enjoy the expert professional services offered to deliver this software.
Qrious sees WhereScape software as a key tool in their data infrastructure technology stack to automate tasks and consolidate multiple tools into a cohesive solution. The software continues to deliver customers significant ROI, reduce timelines and deliver immediate business value, and will remain an integral part of Qrious’ solutions and service offerings.
Qrious CEO Nathalie Morris says the company is committed to continuing the momentum that NOW Consulting has built with regards to selling the software and delivering the related services. “With WhereScape now being part of a global software business, we expect to see further investment in the product and will be working with Idera to build a successful partnership.”
