A qualified Engineer, David started his career as a software developer, eventually finding his passion in technology innovation, combined with people and product leadership.
David is passionate about building high performing teams and talent through collaboration and agile engagements. He has spent over 20 years as a technology leader, including five years as CIO of the UK communications regulator and also as General Manager of Platform Services for Xero.

With 12 years experience in both NZ and overseas, his previous roles include Head of Sales for Dun & Bradstreet NZ and Banking Client Director for CoreLogic.
