Nathalie brings to her role significant leadership experience in the technology space. Prior to Qrious she was co-founder and Managing Director of Ubiquity, , a software company specialising in data-driven customer engagement which was acquired by Qrious in 2017.

As CTO for Qrious, Stephen is focused on translating business strategy into relevant market and technology strategies.
He has extensive experience implementing cutting-edge technology environments such as Infrastructure as a Service and Cloud, and is currently focused on delivering technology that enables a modern data approach for both Qrious and our clients.
Working with our key customers, Stephen helps to explore, inspire and evangelise the new world of data and analytics in the cloud. A keen champion of the Agile methodology, Stephen enables our clients to move from PoC to pilot to production, ensuring value is delivered at every stage.
As Head of Marketing, Nicki is passionate about achieving business growth through innovative and effective marketing. With specialist expertise in B2B tech marketing, her focus at Qrious is on building brand value and developing clear marketing communications.
Nicki is a keen advocate of digital and data-driven marketing practices, ensuring that Qrious is ‘drinking its own champagne’. She is also the chair of the Digital Special Interest Group for the Marketing Association, supporting the promotion of best practice digital marketing in the industry.
As Head of Data Platforms for Qrious, Martin is passionate about the value that modern data platforms can bring to New Zealand organisations.
A strategic thinker, he has over 20 years experience in architecting, building and deploying enterprise-scale data solutions across a number of different industry verticals. For the last decade his focus has been delivering client focussed projects in a professional services consulting capacity.
At Qrious Martin leads the Data Engeering team responsible for delivering data and analytics engagements to our clients, from data strategies and MVP solutions right through to large scale enterprise-ready data and analytics platform deployments.
Sam is responsible for leading the development and delivery of AI technology and data science strategy, products and client projects for Qrious.
Sam was previously at Xero as General Manager - Data Innovation, at Kiwibank as Head of Enterprise Analytics and Information, and has held roles in London on competitive intelligence, knowledge management and private equity. Sam has also been an independent advisor for MSD and Gender Equal NZ.
Sam specialises in helping teams establish their vision and objectives and translate that into concrete data science initiatives and AI systems.
As Head of Data Powered Marketing, Lena is excited to transform customer experience through the power of data, tech and smart people. Lena is an experienced change leader with practical experience leading major business change and operational outcomes, particularly in digital and call centre environments
From cross-channel marketing automation strategy and execution, through to world class marketing technology solutions and digital experience optimisation, Lena and her team help organisations to better engage with their customers.
A keen advocate of the role of data to illuminate and transform customer journeys, Lena is also the chair of the Data Special Interest Group for the Marketing Association, supporting the promotion of best practice in the industry.
Phill heads up our team of Client Leads that are focused on understanding our customers and providing new solutions for delivering business value.
He brings many years of sales leadership experience. Prior to Qrious Phill lead solution sales and customer service teams at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
Through years of leading high performing sales teams Phill has developed a real passion for delivering value to his customers. His team are focused on leveraging the breadth of Qrious capability to uncover and create new an innovative ways to solve our customers unique business challenges.
Evan is the Head of Data Innovation at Qrious where he is responsible for the R&D teams that create repeatable data-centric solutions to industry problems.
Evan also retains critical consulting roles to stay in touch with a fast-moving industry and has extensive experience delivering strategies and pragmatic solutions to address business problems and unlock opportunities.
As the Business Operations Manager, Isobel focuses on the day to day operations across the company that enable Qrious to deliver to our long term aspirations.
Overseeing a range of key business functions including employee experience, business continuity, and fundamental business frameworks, Isobel aims to take conceptual strategic ideas, and turn them into functional initiatives that help us gain a competitive advantage.
Isobel has experience in monitoring and improving the daily functions of technology organisations, and has a passion for helping fast growing, innovative New Zealand companies take on the big players.
Rebecca leads the accounting and finance function for Qrious and helps to provide analytics and insights from our very own data. She is passionate about supporting the Qrious team to deliver on our mission.
Prior to Qrious, Rebecca gained finance experience working overseas in both London and Sydney across a range of industries.
