As CEO of Qrious, Nathalie is excited to be leading a company that enables New Zealand businesses to succeed in a digital world - a world where data has become a key ingredient for creating world class customer experiences and business success.
In 2000 she co-founded Ubiquity, a software company specialising in data-driven customer engagement, which was acquired by Qrious in 2017.
Nathalie’s passion is to give clients the ability to use the power of their data to deliver real value to their organisations, using insights to transform customer engagement, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
As Head of Marketing, Nicki is passionate about achieving business growth through innovative and effective marketing. With an emphasis on building brand equity and developing clear marketing communications, her focus is on showcasing the extensive data, analytics and marketing capabilities of the team at Qrious.
Nicki is a keen advocate of inbound marketing and data-driven marketing practices, ensuring that Qrious is ‘drinking it’s own champagne’. She is also a member of the Digital Special Interest Group for the Marketing Association, supporting the promotion of best practice marketing in the industry.
As Head of Service Delivery, Phil manages a team of dedicated data, analytics and marketing project delivery specialists, with a focus on delivering high quality client outcomes.
Phil is an astute and versatile leader, with a proven track record of efficient project value transfer, who has successfully completed many projects to agreed time frames and approved budgets.
An excellent communicator, he brings a wealth of expertise in Agile and Waterfall practices, including project economics, risk and issue management, budget and cost control, resource utilisation, process and change management.
As Head of Sales, Shannon’s focus is on growing the company’s enterprise, channel and Government client bases. She brings a successful track record of more than 15 years in customer acquisition and strategic business development in the IT and telecommunications sector.
Highly commercial and customer-focsussed, Shannon has lead a number of high performing sales teams, and thrives on developing client relationships that deliver long-term value.
As Technology Director for Qrious, Stephen is passionate about translating business strategy into relevant market and technology strategies.
He has extensive experience implementing cutting-edge technology environments such as Infrastructure as a Service and Cloud, and is currently focused on delivering technology that enables a modern data approach for both Qrious and our clients.
Working with our key customers, Stephen helps to explore, inspire and evangelise the new world of data and analytics in the cloud. A keen champion of the Agile methodology, Stephen enables our clients to move from PoC to pilot to production, ensuring value is delivered at every stage.
